| Introduction | I have wanted to get back to journaling for many years but wasn't sure I wanted to put my personal life out for the world to see. At the same time, journaling in a notebook was not appealing to me in case they were found by someone else I didn't want reading them. I have finally decided that I wanted to make the plunge to the internet blogging world. Maybe it might help someone else know they aren't alone if they share similar feelings or experiences. I have journaled in notebacks in years past and they were always helpful for me because not only could I have a channel for processing my feelings, but I could look back and help me see where I have come. Although, I must admit the old journals aren't easy to read in some cases, yet I can't bring myself to destroy them. I have been incredibly fortunate to experience a number of opportunities that have allowed me to grow as a person and help me understand who I am on a personal, spiritual and physical level. I consider this a life journey, and hope that I will always cherish new experiences and the lessons life has to offer. Please feel free to share the journey and share your experiences too. |
