| Introduction | Up until a few months ago, I had been a homeschooler for 5 years....now, my kiddies are in the system, and I am too! I work in the non-profit, cultural/community education outreach field....and LOOOOOOVE IT! I also am a student intern at the public library...where I get to do more stuff I love...graphic design and community activity promotions. The only other job I would want to have would to be a lead Fiskateer (but we will see about that in a few years ;)) I hold degrees in Design & Dressmaking, and New Media Arts (web & graphic design). I am currently back in school to get my Bachelors of English, then my Masters in Publishing. I <3 books! I write...mostly non-fiction educational articles, but I have a few children's stories in the works as well! |

| Favorite Books | OHHH, this space is just not big enough to list them all! The last book I read (for personal enjoyment) was the 2007 Newbery winner The Higher Power of Lucky. It took me a few chapters to get into, but I really enjoyed it by the end. |
