Introduction	We're a group of runners that meet at 8:00a.m. every Sunday for an easy 8 km run in our downtown Toronto neighbourhood. It's intended to be a relaxing run followed by coffee at a local cafe. We've produced maps and brochures in the neighbourhood encouraging running and a healthy lifestyle. We welcome visitors to Toronto to join us. We're happy to highlight some interesting points about our neighbourhood and Toronto that you might not see as a tourist. Last year we had runners from Italy, South America, Australia and all over the US and Canada join us for our run.
