Introduction	I am Rachel Marks, Psy.D, a clinical psychologist, a wife to my partner, and a seeker of truths. I grew up in Los Angeles with parents who were hard workers (my dad is a veterinarian, the original Dr. Marks, and my mom is a travel agent) and have traveled the world both with my family and alone, in search of answers about cultural differences. The one place I keep coming back to is FOOD. As a teenager, I was the appointed "chef" of my family and ever since I have been passionate about sharing parts of myself through cooking. I hope to share my insights, lessons, and observations about Food and Therapy with you through this blog.
