| Introduction | The 14th OVI/3rd Arkansas is a 503c non-profit dedicated to remembering the Civil War through Living History. Our unit is based in the northwest Ohio and southeast Michigan area. We have something for those interested in military and civilian life during the 1860's. We are a family friendly unit and strive for authenticity. To date we have raised over $55,000.00 in funds for the preservation of two original Civil War flags and also for grave and land preservation namely on Johnson's Island, a prison on Lake Erie that housed Confederate prisoners of war. |
