Introduction	This blog is a result of my personal journey that took me from a lifestyle of dependence on medical institutions and battling various ailments to a healthy lifestyle with no need for prescription medication. I intend to use this opportunity to share what I have learned so that others can have the benefit of improved health. My focus and base is the food pyramid I developed. I came to the conclusion after considerable study that diet and nutrition are the most important factors affecting our health. The shift from a natural minimally processed diet to a highly processed source was what I concluded was the reason for a lot of health issues that we face. Research and studies continue to point towards the validity of my conclusions and I hope to update this blog frequently with relevant information.
