| Introduction | I'm the representative for the Federation of BC Writers for the 3rd year. I co-founded the Shuswap Lake International Writers' Festival in 2003 but have stepped back to a lesser role now. I belong to Gracesprings Collective, a group of four authors: Deanna Barnhardt Kawatski, Alex Forbes, Caroline Woodward and myself. We published my book A Raven in My Heart: Reflections of a Bookseller in June 2009 and we'll launch Deanna's debut novel Stalking the Wild Heart on Sept. 12, 2009. |
