| Introduction | I started this blog to be about general outdoor photography and thoughts. I posted inconsistently and without with varying focus. Now, however, every post will be about the Saint Croix River and its watershed, a midwestern river system in Minnesota and Wisconsin. So that's the strand, people, the river. I'm doing a year long project on photographing and roaming the river, and will note discoveries here. I'm a photographer and writer living on the Saint Croix. I do freelance photo work, and worked in the past at a newspaper. My goal with this project is to publish a book with photos and essays of the river. I'm also a graduate student of creative writing at Hamline University. |
