| Introduction | At this stage in our lives, we consider one of our most important and enjoyable roles to be a grandparent. When we were serving a mission in Australia, we learned that almost every title had a nickname. and one of my favorites was "Grandies", the Aussie nickname for Grandparents. This brings to mind not the worn-out, sagging old-timers that are often pictured in cartoons. Grandies begs for an exclamation point!! To be a Grandie is to be someone grand, wise, alive and learning. It's also to be someone loved and loving. It's serving and teaching with energy. This blog will celebrate the Grandie life |
