| Introduction | I am a Christian and I am thankful to God for going through with me in my health journey. In 1999, I was struggling with poor health. I prayed very hard for God to help me find a solution. I found that our body was created to take plants food. I finally found a way to detox my body and felt improvement in my health. Now I want to help others to find health as well.
