| Introduction | I didn't run when I was younger....not sure why but I know I missed out on a lot. I love running trails in any weather, it is where I feel most comfortable, tranquil and at home. |

I golf as often as I can (which is not that often) I love trail running, I have run marathons and a 50K but am looking to do a 50 miler |
