| Introduction | 1. My mom, along with thousands of others in the late 70s, thought Jennifer was a pretty name. I love it, but as you can tell from my blog name when it comes to Jen, I prefer one n. 2. I reference my kids and hubby a lot because they are my life. I am a stay at home mom livin' the dream...the dream to make it out of the house on time with no food stains on my outfit and no meltdowns (from my four-year-old) about possibly wearing pants vs. shorts. 3. I love watching sports. I follow it more than my husband and know more facts about players and stats. Sometimes I wish he were into it more so that we could have deep, intimate discussions such as if he thinks the San Antonio Spurs have it in them to make one last run for the championship this year. 4. I am a huge introvert at heart, and I've found that as I've gotten older I've become shyer. But I love to write and nothing says get over your fear like posting something on the internet for millions to see (in this case it will be tens of you). Anyhow, if someone can relate to my triumphs and follies in rearing my family on a somewhat straight and narrow path, please share. Good or bad (I'll try not to take it personally.) |
