About me

Industry Arts
Occupation Writer, writing development, p/t Librarian, beekeeper.
Location Penwortham, Preston, Lancashire, United Kingdom
Introduction Born liar following a life of fiction. Grew up in Leicestershire, lived in Norwich for several years, and now based in the North West. Author of the Witherstone trilogy. For more info see www.witherstone.com. For my day job, I'm a p/t Librarian, and deliver writing workshops and other writing and reader development projects in the North West. In former incarnations I co-ordinated the Lancashire Writing Hub, and was a University lecturer in English Literature and Creative Writing. My environmental persona Reigh Belisama blogs at Save the Ribble and The Ribble Cycle Diaries occasionally. I have trouble taking myself seriously. I also keep bees, but have no plans to give away any of their secrets.
