| Introduction | I am retired law enforcement, a dad to four wonderful kids, pepaw to a bunch more. I love hunting and fishing and believe in eating what you catch or shoot. I started a company called Echo Hill Spices and create spice blends for use by the beginner cook to the most "seasoned" chef! I use all natural herbs and spices and never use chemicals, preservatives or anti-caking agents. I am the husband of the most wonderful woman in the world and we live on a farm in paradise...what else is there! |
