Introduction	I am a country girl born and raised hailing from Eastern Iowa. I grew up with a loving farm family on a cattle feeding operation, and got to do all the wonderful things farm kids do! When it came time for college, I headed off to Iowa State and fell madly in love with a farm boy from southern Iowa. After graduation I headed off to Nebraska to start grad school in August of 2010. I am now working my way through my Master's, while trying to help out back on the home front. This year has been a challenge and a blur, and I must say a future in agriculture looks very promising to say the least!
