Introduction	I'm a foodie. I grow food, create with food, eat food! I have a considerable veg garden that I nurture and cook from. What I can't grow I buy as local as possible. I'm first generation from western European 'food and garden' stock, been passionate about it from the start! I am a Master Gardener with the Cornell Cooperative Extension, I volunteer a lot. We are in a boom of veg gardening interest here, I love helping people of all ages re-discover this part of ourselves as humans, who crave connection with the earth and EAT! I have years of professional cooking and baking experience, but I am not classically trained.I jumped right in. As I've grown up a bit my desire to create with fresh food and share my passion has only increased. And so, I start this blog.
