About me

Industry Non-Profit
Occupation Deaf Services Coordinator
Location Northwest, Indiana, United States
Introduction A woman of many strands of thread to life. Married to a great guy and have 2 beautiful children who amaze her everyday. Single deaf person in a crowd of hearing relatives. American Sign Language (ASL) teacher at Purdue U. North Central. Strong advocate for children and daily living independence. There's nothing wrong with helping. It becomes wrong when helping is dependency. Fluent in ASL and English. Some knowledge of French.
Interests Active in the community - strong believer in that DEAF CAN DO ANYTHING, except hear. Empowerment and Education are important aspects of peoples lives. PLUS, people who have disabilities and those who are deaf have MINDS of THEIR OWN.

Do you believe that forks are evolved from spoons?

More likely; imagine how much work it would be done in creating a fork than a spoon. Spears/knives would be sufficient for eating as a fork.
