| Introduction | My name is Tammy and I am a 45 year old mother of 3 grown children: Nikita, Joshua, & Ana and grama to an amazing two year old grandson: Torin. I currently live with a wonderful man and his son who I love as my own. I have had many enjoyable hours over the last few years teaching him how to cook. I also have a step son (Nick) from my previous marriage. I have always loved cooking for them. I was raised spending time with my grandmother who taught me to bake, cook, and can. I believe the heart of the home is the kitchen, and love to make delicious home cooked meals for my family. To me it is like therapy to get in the kitchen and start whipping up a delicious meal or desert. I was raised in the Adirondack Mtns of New York so many of my recipes use fresh home grown ingredients and wild game such as white tail deer. |
