| Introduction | Hi. I was diagnosed with Schizo Affective Bipolar Disorder about 10 years ago by a team of psychiatrists when I was in the hospital psychiatric ward for a weekend. (Oooh, this is going to be one of THOSE stories...)((Don't worry, it gets good!)) I checked myself in and left with that diagnosis after my initial psychiatrist thought I was "just" Bipolar 1. Ever since I've been searching for a remedy to return to a "normal" mindset or a healthy mind. After so many medications that only brought me 3/4 the way, I stumbled across Resveratrol. It has been the biggest change in my 35 years. Finally, I feel the elusive "normality" I've always been searching for. But this is all so new to me. Who knows where my future lies.
