| Introduction | I'm 40ish yrs old, married with a young daughter. I love sports but aged 40 I had to give up playing due to hip & back injuries! Giving up sport was devastating so I threw myself into my gardening & wildlife, this helped me to find a new focus and keep busy! I started creating a garden that is wildlife friendly yet still attractive & usable family space! I use recycled & reclaimed materials when possible forcing me to be a bit more 'creative' than I might otherwise be! I took up wildlife photography, as I wanted to record wildlife visiting the garden & keep a record of work done. Photography has helped increase my knowledge of wildlife & given me the envious position of 'unofficial' photographer for my local wildlife group!
