| Introduction | I taught second grade for ten years. During that time I earned a masters in Teaching and Leadership and and ESL Endorsement. I also watched as my classroom began to get more and more technology to help me be a more effective teacher and so my students could learn even more than I thought possible. The past year and a half I have been an Instructional Coach in the same district that I taught in. As a coach I help teachers implement teaching strategies in their classroom so they too can become the teacher they always wanted to be. |
