| Introduction | My kids love my Miso Soup. In fact they love every international dish I make from Vietnamese spring rolls to crème brûlée. I grew up eating homemade everything but didn't discover a sincere love for cooking until I lived in Eastern Europe and suddenly could not find all of the foods I was accustomed to eating. |
