Introduction Megan is Stroll’s HR and Recruiting Manager. She is responsible for the strategic development and execution of the company’s human resource practices, including talent acquisition, creation of performance review process, employee engagement, team building, organizational design, managing employee bonus and incentive programs, creating and monitoring a leadership pipeline, and other projects that impact the success of the overall business. Prior to joining Stroll, Megan was Account Director at Management Recruiters of Philadelphia. There she sourced and placed candidates within the local Philadelphia marketplace. Megan has a bachelor’s degree in management from Gettysburg College, an HR certificate from Villanova University, and earned her SPHR accreditation in 2010. Megan’s personal interests include Philadelphia sports (Go Phillies!) and running.
