| Introduction | Kim is a stay-at home mom, she has three boys aged 14, 8 and 3. In 1995, Kim graduated from Laurentian University with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Sociology. She is a Reiki Master/Teacher and also practices Therapeutic Touch. Kim's specialty is Angelogy. She has journals of messages and writings that she has collected over the years. Kim also has many years of experience working as an Early Childhood Educator. For most of her life, Kim has struggled with her weight. At the age of sixteen, she lost 80lbs with TOPS and won the all Ontario award for her weight loss in her age category. Not long after her first pregnancy, she gained her weight back. After watching an Oprah Winfrey Show on weight loss in 2003, she decided at the age of 30 it was time to take action again. She then lost a total of 100 lbs and wrote a book about her journey through weight loss. Kim was contacted by the producers of the Oprah Winfrey show in October of 2003 to appear on an upcoming show. Kim was also featured in the Ottawa Sun in 2004 and Woman's Day magazine in 2004. After a few twists, turns and another baby...Kim is on the weight loss journey once again with 80 lbs to lose. |
