| Introduction | Hi, I'm Brian Tan. I currently live and work in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia with my wife and 2 sons. Got started on computers quite early at the age of 15 when I built my first PC using Cyrix, a 2MB VGA card and Windows 3.11. So you would probably have guessed my age by now. When on to study & received my B.Eng in computer engineering from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. After working for 2 years, went back to my alma mater to continue my studies to receive a Master of Engineering (M.Eng) in Computer Engineering. Submitted a conference paper in Pacific Graphics 2007 titled "Effective Load Management Technique for AI Characters in Games". Been working in the software development industry for nearly 2 decades now. I consider myself a being of 2 worlds, a techie at heart but able to understand the business & human side of software development. |
