| Introduction | This is not your typical "boomer" retirement blog. It will not be anything fancy, creative, or professional. However, at age 62 and retired for two years I can give perspective on a great time of life! For those of you--and there are many--who were born between 1945 and 1965 a whole new world is upon us. We outnumber the other generations, most of us have money, time, health, and the will to recreate and make a difference in this world. Every blog I write, and I will ask for guest writers too, will begin with "Today is your day Boomer....." Articles will focus on every day life, recreation, exercise, money, travel, health, and all the little things that make our generation unique. I will focus on the positives, because that's who I am, but I will also accept criticism and ideas for change. Enjoy! |
