| Favorite movies | I am big fan of many movies. Star Wars films and series are almost sacrosanct. When asked what was my favorite film, maybe that represents me, a few months ago at a religious reading group, I described a black and white film done in Czech Republic where they interviewed old people. Beautiful movie. I do not know the name of it. I should find out, maybe others should, too. |
| Favorite music | My wife accuses me of liking Rush a lot. I love rock, and some traditional bands. Pink Floyd, Sting and the Police, REM, and many others. Sometimes jazzy stuff, opera, classical, musicals, Latin music, African or Arab tunes and ballads. Country and Western, when appropriate. Blues, Rhythm and Blues, Hip Hop sometimes. Church hymns and calm music. Really, almost all types, depending on the time and place. I love many voices, so many people. Ray Charles is an all time favorite. |
| Favorite books | Many, many. I love the Bible and the Book of Mormon. For many years "My Name is Asher Lev" was my favorite novel. I have many favorite authors. Chaim Potok, Arthur C. Clarke, and quite a few more. I am a slight author, and my dad, Edward R. Clinch has written some good things. My daughter, Journay, is writing up some good stuff. |
