| Introduction | Lorelei was born 4/2008 and we found out that she had a Congenital Heart Defect when she was 2 days old. We hadn't left the hospital yet and she was flown to MUSC in Charleston, SC. At just 6 days old she had her first open heart surgery to correct her Coarctation of her Aorta and a VSD. In September 2009 she had her second open heart surgery to help her out with some sub-aortic stenosis. She is doing great and this is our journey! |
