| Introduction | I started this blog in 2010..just a young pup of 42 at the time...I have been on a strange journey since then. My weight and fitness fluctuate as my stress and life issues get in the way. I am a transplant to Colorado from the great state of Wisconsin. I have seven year old daughter with the maturity of seventeen year old..who is also a much better athlete than me. I started this blog to follow my journey from a sprint race in 2010 to a finish at the 2011 Ironman Wisconsin. The journey was fun but I fell short of my goal by about 17 miles. Now the blog is just to keep things real. Hopefully I can find my passion again for being active. |
