IntroductionI'm working a number of efforts to bridge to the new educational marketplace. From a couple of standalone core curriculum apps to some frameworks for empowering teachers, students, and other developers. I spent the last two years haggling on the educational inovation environment with Deb Myers ans Diane Ravitch, and teacheing myself Rails and Web programming. Fund me, Hire me! I love where I work and live; love my customers; love the parks system where I am a County District Commissioner; love the time it gives me to write on education; and love the cool things we do to raise a little money for charity now and then (tossing weinies in a parade etc.). But, money's money, and this is Appalachia!
