Introduction	Hi everyone, I began quilting when my oldest daughter was in Jr Girl Scouts. Her troop was making lap quilts for a local Hospital's Cancer Center. I had a sewing machine therefore I was volunteered to help the troop. We started with just sewing blocks together, adding batting, a backing and turning right side out. It's only been in the last few years that I have really begun to learn the different techniques, binding and now Free-Motion-Quilting. Every new quilt is a new adventure. :)
