| Introduction | I am a crazy, fun-loving, kind of gal. I love a good laugh and I love to make people laugh, although I have a corny sense of humor (thank you Dad!) I love my husband desperately, I love my son like crazy (much to his chagrin), I love my bonus kids like no other. I love to cook and enjoy creating my own dishes as much as I enjoy following a good cookbook recipe. As much as I love to cook, generally, the easier and tastier the recipe, the better. I have a fairly large collection of cookbooks that I don't think I've even cooked from but refuse to get rid of. I love to write and a dream of mine is to publish a book. I've always thought that creating a cookbook would be fun, too. |
