| Introduction | I guess if we have to start at the beginning my name is Gerri and I am 54 years old. I come from a very strong Catholic and Italian background so you could say that I am fiercely protective and strongly opinionated. I have been married for 35 years (wow that sounds so long) and we have three children all grown with families of their own. We have been blessed with 9 grandchildren of whom 8 are girls and one boy. My husband is very much still into playing hardball and for a while he thought he was only going to have softball players in the family, but Creighton came along to fulfill my husband’s need to teach him all he knows about sports. (Men who can understand them) I have always joked that life is one big banquet and that I keep going back to the receiving line and piling up more experiences and drama’s in my life and then complaining afterwards that I can’t handle anymore. Life is funny and you really have to have a sense of humor to survive. |
