| Introduction | This blog is being set up in conjunction with the Southwest News-Herald Newspaper and columnist Ray Hanania. Carmen is not my real name. Like many of my neighbors, I live in fear. Not everyone knows what it is like to go to sleep at night not knowing if you will be alive the next day, or to live in a neighborhood that once was so beautiful when we moved in, but today, is a war zone. I'm sharing what I see and hear because I don't know what else to do. I am hoping the city will hear our cries for help. |
