| Introduction | As a friend once said, I am interested in all that is food. I love the community and energy that can happen in a kitchen or around a table; when I want to relax I retreat to my kitchen. I am constantly inspired, and it is fun to have a place to share these experiences.
I earned a degree in Breads and Pastries in 2007 and have an extensive background in home kitchens. I love baking breads and using fresh ingredients to create rustic, beautiful food. I believe that the way we eat speaks to how we live, and I am interested in helping people to develop and strengthen their relationships with food. |
