Interests	Baking, cooking, longing for tropical escapes, obsessing over getting a puppy, trying to pretend that I don't live in suburbia while being secretly and shamefully glad for its convenience
Favorite Movies	Every time that I'm asked what my desert island movies would be they change. Except for Almost Famous, which will always remain. And Empire Records, which I once watched three times in the same day. Whatever, it was Rex Manning day.
Favorite Music	I think it's hard to be a well-rounded person and still have a good answer to this question. I like most everything, most all of the time. I tend to love certain artists into oblivion until I'm so sick of them that I skip them on my own iPod. Four months later we're back on. It's like a high school relationship.
Favorite Books	My first favorite book was "Where the Red Fern Grows." I loved The Life of Pi and sort of want to be lost at sea to learn to live with myself. I have a serious thing for Harry Potter, despite my age. And I love John Irving, although many of his books follow a somewhat predictable arc of family trouble and redemption.

What's the most amount of sand you've ever had in your swimming trunks?

I'm not sure I can quantify that, but let's just say it was very exfoliating.
