| Introduction | The Savanna Traveling Studio is one of the highlights for landscape architecture students entering the program at Iowa State University. The fall semester is divided into three-week sections, to allow for two traveling portions. The first trip will take us from Ames to Minneapolis, then onto Lake Itasca, the Boundary Waters Canoe Area, Duluth, Chicago, Galena and back to Ames. The second trip will take us south to St Louis, Memphis, Homochito National Forest, New Orleans and eventually Horn Island in the Gulf of Mexico. |
