An alum of the oldest HBCU in Florida, Edward Waters College and native of Jacksonville, Dr. FUNKKn U is the Art Director, Co-Owner and Creator of FUNKKy BLACKK©, a thought-provoking and sensually stimulating graphic art design company. Though still a small business endeavor, FUNKKy BLACKK© is emerging as an idea that is attracting graphics enthusiasts as well as pop and fine art lovers across the world. Dr. FUNKKn U or Bigg Scii as he is best known, expresses his creativity utilizing various graphic techniques with respect to the fusion of colors and lighting. He is most influenced by the music and album art of Parliament-Funkadelic, Roy Ayers, Rick James and Prince. According to Dr. FUNKKn U, FUNKKy BLACKK's aim is to express knowledge of original cultures while expressing the eclectical and sensual nature of Be-ing.
