| Introduction | I have been training taekwondo for more than 20 years and have been coaching for more than 15 years. I had competed in numerous Taekwondo Championship, domestically and internationally. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Sports Science from UM. I have produced champions in the District Level but was unable to take them further due to the association's political situation. I was a former Exercise Physiologist with the National Sports Institute and was involve in the athletes' preparation for the SEA Games, Asia Games, Commonwealth Games and the Olympics Games. |
