| Introduction | The USC Chapter of the California Public Interest Research Group is dedicated to working for social change on issues of poverty, global warming, removal of plastics from our oceans, consumer rights, empowering the youth vote, cheaper textbooks, affordable higher education, and fostering an informed and responsible American citizenry. We do this through localized policy, community-wide education, and statewide and national advocacy. We are successful because we are part of a state-wide network with a full-time professional staff entirely funded and directed by 30,000 students across the state. Pretty much the coolest political organization ever, we are non-partisan and non-profit (501c4). |
| Interests | Saving the environment. Saving the hungry and impoverished. Saving the poor student. Saving the oceans. Saving the disenfranchised. Rescuing orphans/baby seals/polar bears. |
You've been invited to a fancy ball but the only thing you have to wear is an orange wooly jumper. What shoes do you wear?
None at all, I go barefoot.
