| Interests | Don Bourne is the WebSphere Serviceability Architect, and is part of the IBM lab in Toronto. Don started trying to figure out electronic commerce on the Net.Commerce team in 1996, and helped to build what is now known as WebSphere Commerce. Don has worked in various roles in server development, performance measurement, performance improvement, and problem determination. Don joined the WebSphere Application Server team in 2003, and spends his days dreaming up ways to make the application server, and our stack products easier to troubleshoot. |
