Introduction	After traveling for 2 years on a wooden schooner, navigating a southern route from the West Coast of Canada through the Panama Canal to the East Coast, we have finished our adventure on the sea. For one year we lived in Newport, RI on Tillicum, meeting many people and learning about the ways of New Englanders. We have now found a place that is off-grid on an island, in New England. Having always been drawn to island life and self sufficiency, we are enjoying the challenges of using invention to create fulfillment.
Interests	Heidi -People, Music, Traveling, Cooking, Card-making, cycling, swimming, sailing, learning, and family - daughters and grandsons. Russ - sailing, photography, repair, maintenance, fishing, charts, history, moving back to Canada
Favorite Movies	Heidi - To Kill a Mockingbird. Russ - Master and Commander
Favorite Music	Heidi - Anything by Bach. Show Tunes, Renaissance Music, jazz, and folk music. Russ loves sea shanties, James Taylor, Crosby, Stills, Nash and Young, and most music that Heidi loves.
Favorite Books	Heidi - To Kill a Mockingbird. Russ - Path Between The Seas
