| Introduction | Hi, I'm Donna, aka Dons. I was born in South Africa over 45 years ago. Since the age of 16, I became incredibly interested in my own health. My curiosity grew after I became a vegetarian. It triggered an acute awareness of how food affects the body, and this is where I started to fine-tune my health. I’m older & wiser now I can see the benefits of the actions I have taken & I want to share my knowledge with people who are seeking to change for the better. Health & wellness is the balance between the spiritual & the physical. It's a continuously evolving state of being, that should be constantly explored, because “one size does NOT fit All”.
