Introduction	I picked up my share of Stone Gardens Farm’s harvest two years ago, peered into my box and grinned: kale and fennel! Cool! My mind began racing about what I could do with them. As a chef instructor, this is a frequent problem I have—deciding what to do with ingredients. So many possibilities! But the couple next to me peered into their box and sighed: “What is this? What do you do with it? I guess we can google…” So I started documenting what I did with my share each week, developing recipes and menus. This summer I've visited farms with CSA programs throughout New England. Meeting the farmers and seeing what they do and how they do it has been fascinating and enlightening. I hope to share my experiences and recipes here. Cheers!
