Introduction Dane and I met on an airplane in Los Angeles (when he sat in my seat) in July of 2003, Sparks flew and we were married May 2004 in Salt Lake. Three years later Dane was diagnosed with a serious gluten allergy which led our foodie-selves on a new culinary journey. We have the sweetest, most intelligent border collie who is our little furry child. Dane graduated with his Bachelor's of Science in Psychology in 2008 and is currently working as a physician recruiter for various facilities and hospitals across the country. I have been spending my days creating new GF recipes, trying others recipes and improving on them to become gluten free, being a community liaison, and am also heavily involved in the gluten free community. My goal of this blog is that the recipes on here are tried and true. That anyone will be able to cook these recipes and that they will be tasty enough that the the gluten eating public will be none the wiser.
