Introduction	I am passionate about my walk with Christ. I've been married to my college sweetheart for 32 years. We have 3 beautiful children and a new son-in-law and have just become empty-nesters which means I can now focus a bit on myself. I have been a culinary instructor of Italian cuisine for 4 years but have recently found out I am gluten and dairy intolerant. So my diet is changing a bit and therefore so is my profession. This blog will be reflecting some of those changes.
