| Introduction | I am a 33 year old MOM & WIFE. I have struggled with my weight as long as I can remember. I have lost and gained...more gaining than losing. I can't even tell you how many diets I have tried. At my heaviest I weighed 190 pounds. In 2000 I weighed 138...yeah I know..then came working full time...going to school at night...and having 2 small children. I am hoping that blogging about my journey will help me be accountable for my actions. :) |
