Introduction	My name is Chris Benshoof and I have been modeling now for the last 21 years, lately I have been focused on architectural modeling. I love to scratch build as it is the only way to get exactly what you want. I tend to spend a lot of time on small details to make sure that it is right; I have been known to throw out pieces that have 10 to 20 hours on them because something isn't right in the details and start the project over. I strive for the ultimate detail, accuracy, and the most realistic looking architectural models in 1/35 scale. I am very OCD in this area. I work as a model maker and mold maker for a professional casting shop in Vancouver Wa. Many of the structures I build on this blog have or will enter the market through Masterpiece Models, trademark of J&S Hobbies.
