Introduction	I'm a very proud mother of wonderful boys Will and John, Mam (in law) of beautiful Steph (wife of John) and grandma to their gorgeous boys, Ben and Max. Other special people in my life are Alex, Will's girlfriend, and my BFF, Karin. I love creating - quilting, painting, knitting, gardening, crocheting and baking..... especially when I can share these things with my friends. I love peace and quiet, just sitting with my friends or alone with my thoughts.
Interests	Family and friends, quilting, painting, cooking, gardening, knitting and anything else I can make!
Favorite movies	Gentle films, nothing too sloppy though or twee chick flicks, How to make an American Quilt, Lion King, Contact, French Kiss, most things with Tom Hanks,
Favorite music	Fifties and Sixties especially Beatles, piano, violin, music that makes you want to dance,
Favorite books	Kathryn by Anya Seton, biographies,nothing sloppy (see films), Pride and Prejudice, Jane Eyre, Earth's Children, astronomy and physics books especially Stephen Hawking and Brian Cox, also, strangley, given the previous types of books, I love reading murder mysteries
