Introduction	I'm an intense adventure-seeker who tends to push myself hard in all facets of my life. Which is why I've set out to accomplish arguably the most grueling feat in all of sports, the Ironman! I'm registered to compete at Ironman Arizona on November 22, 2010. The countdown has begun, and this blog is about the journey leading up to and through this massive challenge. Stay tuned for a new ironmadman website in the coming weeks, but this will be the temporary location for now.
